Sometimes, we received customers mentioned about the difficulty of opening up the battery cover of SRC 3060 and often times, when opened by force, the latches break off. The SRC-3060 is specially designed as a child tamper proof battery cover. To release the battery cover, just place two thumbs at the side of it, which there are 2 signs of "^". Using your thumbs to push forward slightly toward the other side of the cover, then pull up. This procedure would certainly make the release of the battery cover as easy as 123.
